About Us



Your Bmore counselors are Janet Bradley and Lane Moulder.


Janet and Lane have practiced in a range of clinical environments allowing for a variety of therapeutic approaches based on specific needs and concerns of the client. This two member team provides effective counseling services and their partnership allows collaboration which in turn, improves client care and outcomes. They create a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and safe setting which encourages clients of diverse backgrounds to develop the range of skills needed to have tangible success moving forward.


As licensed counselors in the state of Maryland, Janet (Lic #4922) and Lane (Lic #8440) are regulated by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists and COMAR (Code of Maryland Regulations). Our counseling approach and ethics are also held to a high standard as mandated by the American Counseling Association and The National Board of Certified Counselors.

Meet the Staff



Janet Bradley, MS, LCPC



Janet earned her Master of Science Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Janet is a strengths-based counselor with strong clinical insight. She is dedicated to serving each of her clients with compassion, professionalism, and genuine support as they gain a greater sense of awareness and achieve their goals. Janet works with students, adults, couples and families in diverse areas such as anxiety/stress, identity and purpose, family of origin issues, parenting issues, separation and divorce, life transitions, loss and grief. Janet’s counseling style integrates empowerment, hope, optimism and life skills.


A Unique Perspective - Pastoral Counseling

As a pastoral counselor, Janet can offer a unique perspective to counseling and therapy in which the counselor is sensitive to spiritual issues. Janet believes there is an important spiritual dimension that people can bring to the counseling process that should not be minimized. This approach uses the insight and principles of theology and modern behavioral sciences to achieve wholeness and health.



Lane Moulder, MS, LCPC



Lane is a child, adolescent, and adult therapist. Lane has had the opportunity throughout her career to work with a range of individuals experiencing a variety of emotional concerns including life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, attachment disorders, mood disorders, childhood disorders and relationship issues. Lane's practice philosophy is guided by the understanding that each individual is unique and their therapeutic needs have been shaped by personal history and life experiences. Lane's counseling style has been described as empathetic and supportive. She endeavors to meet each client where they are in life while helping them work towards change, acceptance and ultimately, a happier, more balanced life.
